why?

why if we're happy, laughing, happy, the time was running very fast? and if at the time of boredom or else,  the time was running very long? I think it is UNFAIR. I want is, when we have fun, time goes a very long time, and if we are in a state of boredom, time goes fast partner. and i think it was fair :)
